New customers must pay in full including shipping charges at the time order is placed.   Activity on any order begins after payment is received at our company. Our standard payment terms are pre-paid, credit card or money orders.   Credit terms may be extended upon approval by our Finance Department.   New customers first three (3) orders will be pre-paid to allow us time to process any request for credit.

Credit is granted to all public customers, dealers, and distributors who have a satisfactory credit history with Bison Promotions.   Orders without a credit history can be pre-paid by a certified check, or money order.   We also gladly accept payments by VISA, Mastercharge, and American Express.   A credit application will be enclosed with your first order.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Due to factors beyond our control prices and quantities are subject to a change without notice.
2. Cancellations accepted in writing.
3. Damages or shortages must be reported within three days of receipt.
4. All returns must be authorized and will be   subject to a restocking fee.   Returns must be shipped prepaid.   A return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from the order desk.   If returned goods are found to be in a saleable condition, a credit for the original cost of the goods less restocking charge will be issued on your account.
5. All sales are final for customized or personalized products.
