All purchase orders must contain the following;

1. Artwork in authorized format
2. Full shipping information
3. Size and location of personalization
4. Imprint colors
5. Color of product
6. Quantity and item number

We will supply at no charge a proof by fax for verification and approval by client.   We decline any responsibilities for any mistakes on a proof after approval by client.
