Victor is a Denesuline from Northlands First Nations in Lac Brochet, Manitoba.

He has been drawing and painting from a very early age. A graduate of the the University of Manitoba, Victor has chosen to use his education to contribute to the betterment of aboriginal youth and the development of his own community where he continues to remain very active in the traditional aspects of First Nations people.

The traditional stories and songs that have been passed on to him by the elders are represented in his art.
He has mastered the use of acrylics and airbrush techniques producing spectacular works with brilliant colors.
